Total quality is achieved through the 5 Axes methodology applied by all Valeo employees. The goal of this methodology is global customer satisfaction through operational excellence in terms of cost, quality and delivery. This methodology, driven by continuous improvement and based on the principle of “right first time”, is rigorously implemented on all sites.
